Satisfaction Guarantee: At Caspian Colors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to our customer support team immediately. We will guide you through the return or exchange process and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund.

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Return Process: If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer support team at sales@caspiancolors.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions on how to return items from your order. Please securely package the item and consider using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases where the item received is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Refunds and Store Credit: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or issue store credit, depending on your preference. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Please allow 7-10 days for refunds/exchanges to be completely finalized.
